Unity Field Healing treatment - pre/during/post


Pre treatment
- ensure that you've put this treatment in your schedule!
- set the intention that you will be helping yourself heal during your treatment
- ensure that you've decided on a comfortable spot to lie down during your treatment. This could be on your bed, a couch, or on the floor with blankets and/or a yoga mat underneath you
- put one or two blankets next to your spot above, in case you get cold during your treatment
- get a big glass or water and put it next to your blanket(s)
- locate a journal/notebook and pen to put beside your glass of water and blanket(s)
- on your computer or other device, select an instrumental audio track to listen to during your treatment. Doing so will ensure that you're as relaxed as possible and will therefore enhance your treatment.  I highly suggest listening to this track on YouTube which I listen to during all UFH treatments that I facilitate.
- have an alarm ready to set for 45 minutes after your treatment starts...on your phone or other
- before your 3rd treatment ONLY, ENSURE that you've come up with one or two intentions for your treatment. These can be ANYTHING and are best coming from your heart and/or intuition. Keep those intentions to yourself...I don't have to know them.

Start of treatment
- be mindful of both your desire for healing and my desire to help you heal yourself by being on time for your treatment
- just before your treatment's starting time, open the Zoom link which was emailed to you
- you and I will talk on Zoom for about 5 minutes, and I will ensure that you're comfortable, relaxed, and answer any questions that you have
- after we finish talking on Zoom set an alarm for 45 minutes
- lie down in your chosen location
- again set the intention that you will be helping yourself heal during your treatment

After your treatment
- once your alarm goes off, take your time getting up, drink all the water in your glass beside you, and briefly note in your journal/notebook any insights which you received during your treatment
- reconnect with me on the Zoom link which was emailed to you
- we'll talk for about 5 to 10 minutes about your experiences during the treatment, me sharing specific details about your treatment, and I'll answer any questions you may have regarding your treatment and/or Unity Field Healing
- once we disconnect from Zoom, consider writing more in your journal/notebook about your treatment
- if your session ends before 6pm your time, drink an additional 1L (32oz) of water

Remainder of your day and the next two days afterwards
- drink an additional 1L (32oz) of water for the next two days after your treatment. Doing so helps support the energies continue to do their magic for you, as well as supporting toxins being released from your body.
- have your self care be top of mind. If you're feeling tired and are able to do so during the day, have a short nap. Enjoy a bath in the evening before bed. Tune in with yourself throughout your day. Eat nourishing foods to support your healing.
- consider noting various insights in your journal/notebook. These could be ideas, a-ha's, and/or physical sensations that are out of the ordinary for you.
