2 hour “Don’t be defined by a diagnosis” NLP session with Suzanne Jones

Whether you have a diagnosis of Bipolar or not, chances are you’ve struggled with things like guilt and shame which leads to embarrassment. You may even feel unsupported and unheard by Dr’s and those closest to you. When no one understands you, that may result in poor sleep, which perpetuates your feelings of inadequacy. And I promise you, it does not have to be this way!

Wouldn’t you rather have freedom of choice so you can think different thoughts? What would it meant to you to know you can learn how to change what you think – to change what you feel – so you’re able to do things you’ve not been able to do previously. This is NLP.

And in this session you will not only be supported, heard and valued, you will also realize very quickly that change can happen much quicker than you’ve been led to believe. You see, most of our problems aren’t so much psychological – they are neurological. Which means trapped emotions/memories are stored in our bodies. Using NLP, we will uncover some patterns that are keeping those emotions stuck, and give you new tools to change those patterns which will aid you in getting your life back.

This is only a 2 hour session.

I am not promising your whole life will change in that time – but as long as you are open, you will see an immediate shift. That shift will release a burden off your shoulders where you can begin to see and feel freedom on the other side. Your willingness to keep up with the tools when something arises (because in life, things happen), you will begin to rewire your neurology. You don’t need magic – you need determination. And if you are determined to get your life back, this is the session for you.

I’m SuzieQ and I specialize in working with women who take things personally. Men are not excluded. What underlies this is the fear of being themselves. They are terrified that if people knew who they really were, they would lose relationships and everything else they value. They focus on what other people think and morph themselves to fit in. But in reality, by not being the ‘real you’ you attract people to that false version – adding to the current inner conflict and stress. In my work the MAIN focus is ‘it’s not you.’ There is nothing wrong with you – no matter if you have a diagnosis of something or not. My second main focus is – ‘What other people do is NEVER about you.’

Related to Bipolar – if someone is judging you because of it – that’s on them. It’s their beliefs and prejudice based on lack of information. It’s not about you personally. And what I’ve witnessed with my clients and myself, is when someone really grasps this, a whole new world of self acceptance opens up – diagnosis or not.

BIO
Suzanne Jones known online as SuzieQ or as her closest friends who just dropped everything – call her Q.

Suzie was adopted as an infant and at 15 her family gave her back. Her whole childhood years were filled with trauma which caused her to be hyper vigilant and as a result, she was riddled with self doubt, insecurities and the fear of rejection and abandonment. Guilt and shame were as natural to her as her arms and legs.

She took everything that happened as a personal attack on her and to avoid this she became who everyone expected her to be. Feeling empty – she found Hypnotherapy which she says ‘saved her life’. She became an NLP practitioner and a coach and NLP continues to be her go to when life gets in the way of her plans.

SuzieQ has 3 grown kids living on their own and spends her time with her dog Deja’ vu.
